Banana cake without flour, sugar and milk
Here's what you need:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups finely chopped oatmeal
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons baking soda powder
- Cinnamon for added taste
Preparation:
Mix the bananas, eggs and olive oil until a smooth uniform mixture is achieved. Then add the raisins and stir again. Add the oatmeal, cinnamon and baking soda.
Oil a plate and coat it with oatmeal, then add the batter and place in the oven for 35 minutes at 180C degrees. And you're done!
Simple, healthy and delicious! And not harmful as the cake contains vitamins and minerals from the bananas and the oats.
