The secret that doctors won't tell you: this how you'll get rid of colds and stuffy nose in just 25 seconds!

The rain is here, and we all know what it means: the flu season.
It doesn't matter how many times you wash your hands or how much you try to avoid places with other people, sooner or later, the flu will reach you with full force. It's just part of the season.
But going to work with a stuffy nose and packets of tissue doesn't help anyone. So it's a good thing to know that there are two tricks that will help you ease the cold and breathe better - in just 25 seconds!
Yes, maybe it's too good to be true, but we'll definitely try it. Red and stuffy nose, and feeling terrible in general is not a fun thing.
In a video that has been watched more than 10 million times, we discover two tips that can help you breathe easier without using pills or annoying spray to your nose.
1. Pressure and acupuncture
The first trick is to create pressure that will make your palate move itself, and it opens the sinuses.
So how do you do it? Press the upper part of the tongue to the upper part of your mouth and release after a few seconds.
Immediately afterwards, press with both fingers (as in the picture below) between the eyebrows and release after a few seconds.
Repeat both actions - press with your tongue, press with your fingers, press with your tongue, press with your fingers for another 20 seconds. This will prevent blocked sinuses!
2. Hold your breath
The second tip is to hold your breath. It works because your brain thinks it doesn't get air, and that's where your survival instincts comes in and opens your nostrils so you can breathe. Impressive, right?
So, how does it work? Tilt your head back, pinch your nose with two fingers for as long as you can. But it's important to release once you feel uncomfortable and need air.
