She puts piles of pasta inside a pan. When I saw the result? My kids won't want anything else!

Lasagna is one of my favorite dishes, but after so many times I've eaten it, it starts to be boring.
I've tried several variations: vegetarian (my favorite), with spinach, etc. - but it's not the same as this recipe I ran into online.
With a combination of pasta and a little patience, you will make a dinner that the whole family will love. I'm sure I'll try this "Pasta pie" in the next few days.
You need:
- 4 cups of pasta (Rigatoni) or pene
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 450 grams of ground beef (you can of course also try vegeterian ground meat)
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes (500 ml)
- Butter, for the pan
- Salt
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes or strips
First, Mix the parmesan with the pasta
Organize the pasta inside a round pan. It takes time, but it's definitely worth it
Cook the sauce in a seperate pot with the rest of the ingredients - without the mozzarella. And then pour on the pasta
Make sure the pasta is covered with the sauce, and then put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
When finished, put the mozzarella on top of the sauce and pasta, and put in the oven for another 15 minutes
Take it out of the oven, and leave to cool
All that remains is to cut slices, and serve
Looks great, isn't it?
