  4. After the yeast has completely dissolved and the flour is mixed with the salt, add cup by cup of flour with salt to the water with the yeast.
  5. Mix well with each cup of water you add.
  6. You may need to adjust the amount of flour, depending on the hydration of the dough.
  7. You'll know you're done mixing when the flour is evenly moist. No dry areas.
  8. After that, cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
  9. On hot summer days, put the dough in the refrigerator for the rising time.
  10. After that, divide the dough into three equal parts and form a ball from each.
  11. Place the balls on a baking tray sprinkled with a little flour to prevent sticking.
  12. Sprinkle a little flour on each ball of dough from all directions to prevent sticking.
  13. Cover the dough balls in the tray with a towel and let them rest for 20-30 minutes.
  14. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees celcius, and just before you put the bread in the oven, take a sharp knife and cut 2 slits in the upper part of the loaf. in order to allow moisture to escape during baking.
  15. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
