The following banana cake recipe is a great alternative for people who like to eat cake in the afternoon and not gain weight.

Preparation:

Mix the bananas, eggs and olive oil until a smooth uniform mixture is achieved. Then add the raisins and stir again. Add the oatmeal, cinnamon and baking soda.

Oil a plate and coat it with oatmeal, then add the batter and place in the oven for 35 minutes at 180C degrees. And you're done!
