A tattooed woman who keeps her nose in a jar revealed what she looked like before - you'll want to sit down for this

A woman has stunned social media users after revealing the dramatic transformation she underwent in just four years.
Toxii, a self-proclaimed body modification enthusiast, is now almost completely covered in tattoos, with the upper half of her body fully blacked out in ink. But that’s only the beginning of her extreme changes.
She has had her nose removed, tattooed her eyes and tongue, implanted horn-like protrusions in her forehead, and even split her tongue in two.
And in case you’re wondering—yes, she kept the removed body parts in small jars.
In a recent Instagram post, Toxii shocked followers by sharing a rare before-and-after glimpse of her transformation. Her 2019 self was nearly unrecognizable: long blonde hair, soft glam makeup, and no visible tattoos or modifications.

Today, with jet-black hair, extensive ink, and striking body alterations, she confidently showcases her new look—often posing in a tiny bikini and fully embracing her identity.
“I like being imperfect, and I think imperfection makes you unique,” she explained when asked about her motivation, according to The Mirror.
Keeping her nose in a jar
Toxii, who has nearly 160,000 followers on Instagram, was recently interviewed by well-known street artist Devon Rodriguez, who asked her about the most painful part of her transformation.
“Did those hurt—the ones on your forehead?” he asked, referring to the horn implants.
“No, not at all,” she replied. “I think removing my nose was much worse.”

According to her, the healing process took about eight weeks. Rodriguez then asked what many were thinking: “Did you keep the nose?”
Without hesitation, she answered, “I have all my body parts—in little jars, yes.”
Reactions online
While some praised her confidence, many were left completely bewildered by her dramatic transformation.
“You were so beautiful before,” one person wrote.
“What on earth made you do this to yourself?” asked another.
“Why do you hate yourself?” commented a third.

Others questioned how she managed to undergo so many procedures in such a short time. “I think decisions like these are best made over a longer period,” one user wrote. “This kind of rapid impulsiveness leads to dissatisfaction and regret.”
Some reactions went even further, speculating about darker or supernatural influences.
“The only explanation is that she’s possessed and has a powerful poltergeist,” one commenter claimed.
Another added, “There’s no reason for such drastic changes and ‘rituals’ unless something unknown is involved.”
The final word
Controversy aside, Toxii continues to embrace her extreme look and unapologetic self-expression.
While the internet debates whether her transformation is empowering, shocking, or something else entirely, one thing is clear—she is fully committed to being her own version of unique.
