Do you feel tired all the time? Do you have dark circles under your eyes? Is your skin dry? or.. is your body tired and not looking its best? If you answered yes to any of these, then you probably suffer from an excess of toxins in your body and need to clean it.
If you are full of toxins, you have fewer layers of protection against viruses, infections, flu, etc. When you detox, the body gets stronger and has more energy.
The following plan is for a weekend detox and will keep you healthy. It cleans the vital organs such as the liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines, and more. It consists of liquids, meat, low-fat products, and potatoes. Sounds good, right?
You can do the program twice a year, or 10 days in a row. The effect is simply wonderful! For best results use Dandelion, Cedar (Leave), and Nettle tea. And of course it is recommended to combine detoxification with regular exercise.
The detox plan for the weekend:
After waking up and before breakfast, drink 240 ml of warm water.
Friday:
- Breakfast: warm water and one cup of oatmeal with a tablespoon of flax seeds, 250 ml of green tea or water, 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries, 200 ml of low-fat yogurt or almond milk.
- Lunch: 250 ml of water, 2 cups of salad (arugula, tomatoes, green salad), 250 grams of grilled cod fish, chard salad with potatoes and olive oil, a small banana and a slice of melon.
- Snack: 250 ml water, 180 ml plain yogurt, 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- Dinner: 250 ml of water, 2 cups of salad + lemon juice + olive oil, 150 grams of tuna, 1/2 cup of steamed vegetables (spinach and broccoli).
Saturday:
- Start of course with water
- Breakfast: 1 cup oat flakes with a tablespoon of flax seeds, 200 ml of almond milk or low-fat yogurt, a peach, and green tea
- Lunch: 250 ml water, vegetable soup (pepper, potato, beans, carrot, onion, celery), 200 grams chicken breast (roasted), 150 grams pickles.
- Dinner: prepared pastry, nettle tea, carrot + beet salad and lemon juice on it.
