A 110-year-old man reveals 5 foods he claims are what gave him a long life

Meet Bernardo Laffalo. He has passed the age of 110 years although most of you will believe he is 80 years or perhaps even younger.
In fact, he wasn't sick even one day in his life, he refrained from eating processed foods, he ate a lot of organic fruits and vegetables and frequently consumes the five of the foods listed in the list below.
The foods are:
- Garlic
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Chocolate
- Olive oil
The secret has passed down to him from previous generations by his father, who believed that this was what affected his longevity, Bernardo said it simply, "You are what you eat!"
His father was a doctor and lived to the age of 98.
