Here's how you can easily and quickly make AlcoGel at home - all you need is 3 simple ingredients
|
The panic caused by the Coronavirus has led to a shortage of certain products in the grocery stores and supermarkets after people flooded them in order to fill in their food stocks at home and get organized for a prolonged period of staying home between four walls.
This panic has led us to not always act with sense and it can be clearly seen after toilet paper shelves were emptied wherever possible, but people also loaded and bought many quantities of stuff that can help keep bacteria away.
One of these products is the AlcoGel cleaning soap that has become the hottest product in recent weeks.
Washing your hands is more effective in your fight against the virus and bacteria in general, but we can't carry a water tap with us wherever we go, so a bottle of alcogel with us in the bag is definitely recommended. But getting an alcogel bottle is no easy task at all.
In New York, one of the largest places of the Coronavirus spread, they sought the industry's help in prisons to prepare homemade alcogel that is sold for $6.10 for 3.7 liters.
Making homemade alcogel is actually a lot easier than you think and all you need are three components, one of which is optional.
To make homemade alcogel you need:
- Pure alcohol 99%
- Aloe Vera Gel
- Essential oils (optional)
You'll also need a tool to store everything, a well-cleaned glass bottle can be a good option.
So all you have to do is this:
- Fill 2/3rd of the glass bottle with the alcohol.
- Drizzle 10-15 drops of essential oil per 60ml. Our recommendation, use tea tree oil and lavender oil.
- Then fill the remainder of the bottle with aloe vera gel.
It's important to note that pure alcohol can cause sensitive skin irritation and you definitely don't want to bring it closer to your eyes or nose. Dilute it if it's too strong for you or your family.
Please share this vital information with everyone you know so we can all protect and protect ourselves the best we can.
