What you need for a one-day supply:
400 ml boiling water
2 medium-sized bananas
2 tablespoons of honey
How to prepare it:
1. Peel the bananas and mash them up with a plastic fork (avoid using metal, as it can make the bananas brown quickly).
2. Put the mashed bananas in a glass bowl and pour in the boiling water. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
3. Once the water has cooled down, stir in the honey. Make sure the mixture is cool, as warm water can reduce the honey's effectiveness.
4. Your cough remedy is now ready! Drink 100 ml four times a day, and you'll notice results pretty quickly.
