We here so many stories on dog each day, and they never cease to surprise us.

This story is really special, something I never thought could happen. We indeed know that dogs are compassionate and loving, but dogs that live on the street usually will do anything to survive, and if they have food, they will eat it, because survival is above all.

Lilicia the female dog lived in a dump in Brazil. And the woman who owns the dump always wondered where is Lilicia going each evening.

Eventually she discovered why. Every evening, Lilicia walked about a mile along the main road

She had an appointment with Professor Lucia Helena de Souza

For years, the two met every day at 9 p.m.

The professor fell in love with Lilicia and started bring her food. The dog has never eaten everything alone, but always brought some food back to the dump.

The Professor began to cook more food to Lilicia, so that she have more food to take with her.

And Lilicia adopted other animals at the dump, as if they were her family.

She didn't adopt only dogs. There were also other animals in the family

In addition to two dogs..

Lilicia took care of a cat

And even in a family of chickens

Every day, the animal at the dump know they couldn't go to sleep hungry. All thanks to Lilicia
