When the AMA Animal Rescue found a very ill pitbull dog tied to a park wall, his body told a life-long story of neglection. The 10-year-old dog had trouble standing, but he was still wagging his tail.

His desire to live was so strong that he made his rescuers shed a tear.

Knowing they did not have time to waste, they rushed Norman to the veterinary hospital and during all this same time they checked him, his tail didn't stop wagging. It was as if the deaf-blind dog knew he was finally in good hands.
