- Green cabbage (purple cabbage can also work, but it burns)

What to do:
1. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and rinse thoroughly. Dry it, and remove the hard part of the trunk.
2. Use a rolling pin on the cabbage until it its juices start to flow.
3. Wrap the leaves with aluminum foil and heat for a few minutes in the oven until the cabbage is warm. Place on the painful areas of the body and tighten with a bandage or gauze.
Leave the cabbage for 1 hour and repeat 3 times a day. It is very important to wash the area after each time.
If you prefer cold treatment, you can do the same process, but instead of placing the leaves in the oven, put them in the refrigerator until they are cold. You will feel the effect of the treatment the next day.
