A Mother broke up with her boyfriend - 12 years later she heard voices at night coming from the attic

What happened to single mother Tracy could have come straight out of a horror movie script.

The mother of five woke up one night after hearing strange noises coming from the ceiling and attic.

When she sent her older sons to investigate, they were shocked by what they discovered in the attic — something no one would wish on anybody.

Around 2:30 in the morning, Tracy knew something was wrong when she heard noises coming from the attic.

“When I heard the sounds, I thought, ‘Something supernatural is going on here’”, she later said.

Her sons discovered her ex

Tracy sent her two sons and her nephew up to the attic to check things out.

There, they found a man sleeping in the back corner of the attic.

It turned out to be Tracy’s ex-boyfriend, a man she had broken up with 12 years earlier.

As soon as he realized he had been discovered, he fled the house.

He had been watching Tracy

The ex-boyfriend had moved his belongings into the attic and had been sleeping there.

Police arrived to investigate and found that the heating vents had been adjusted so he could spy into Tracy’s bedroom from the attic. They also discovered several cups filled with urine and feces.

Authorities estimated that he had been living in the attic for about two weeks, likely entering after being released from prison.

What terrified Tracy even more was that the only way into the attic was through either the front door or the children’s bedroom window.

We can only imagine how frightened Tracy must have been after discovering such a disturbing situation. Thankfully, she had her sons to investigate and drive the intruder away.
