A woman transformed her body from head to toe after making small changes every week - see her today after losing 56 kg!

We’re all familiar with the phrase “after the holidays” - After the holidays, we’ll get to that project. After the holidays, we’ll start a new hobby. After the holidays, we’ll go on a diet — especially after all the food we’ll be indulging in during this hectic month.
And maybe it’s a cliché, but there really is no better time to start something new than at the beginning of a new period, right?
Many people decide to get in shape after a long stretch of neglecting themselves. But it’s also worth mentioning that many who make this decision end up giving up after just a month — or even less. Not everyone has that kind of self-discipline.
But some people laugh in the face of temptation — and one of those people is Keely Delit. In just 14 months, this Australian mom managed to lose 56 kilograms (123 pounds) — without surgery or expensive diets. She’s now sharing her journey, and it’s definitely worth reading.
So what’s Keely’s big secret?
Well, it’s actually quite simple. She gradually changed her eating habits. A year later, she feels so much better — and she can look back proudly at the incredible transformation she’s gone through.

Yes, you read that right. No magic tricks. No pricey treatments.
As Keely herself puts it:
“When I finally stepped on the scale — just three days after giving birth — I weighed 126 kilograms. The highest weight I had ever reached. I knew I had to make a change — not just because of the number, but because I felt unhealthy and exhausted. And because I wanted to be healthy for my three children”.

“At first, I didn’t stop eating the fast food and snacks I loved — I just had smaller portions (like a small fries instead of a medium). Then, gradually, I started swapping those foods for healthier options — grilled chicken instead of fried, for example".

She continues: “Once I got used to that, I switched from soda to juice, and then from juice to sparkling water. I started eating brown rice instead of white rice, plant-based milk instead of dairy, and cooked meals at home instead of ordering takeout. These small changes allowed me to slowly shift my lifestyle”.
Since then, she’s fully transitioned to a healthy, nutritious diet.

For breakfast, Keely eats a two-egg omelet and a small bowl of oatmeal with blueberries. For lunch, it’s usually a salad with grilled chicken or tuna. If she wants a snack during the day, she goes for a high-protein bar, carrots, or peanut butter.
Dinner is typically fish and steamed vegetables.
We don’t know about you, but Keely’s method — slowly letting go of bad eating habits — definitely sounds like something worth trying. It clearly worked for her.
Of course, you should always listen to your own body. But if you’re struggling to get the results you want, trying something new might just help.
