Have you ever accidentally tossed your clothes in the dryer, only to find they now look like they belong to a 4-year-old? You're not alone - it’s happened to most of us at some point. The good news? We've found a super simple trick that actually works to help bring your clothes back to their original size!
Here’s how to reverse the shrinkage and restore your clothing:
1. Fill a bucket or large bowl with lukewarm water - make sure it’s not too hot.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of hair conditioner. Any kind will do!
3. Soak the clothing for 30 minutes, then gently stretch it back to its original size. Rinse the conditioner out by hand and lay the garment flat to dry.
This method has worked for me every time! The conditioner helps relax the fabric, making it soft and easy to reshape.
