If you are going through life without experiencing back pain then you are probably in luck. It is estimated that 80% of the population will experience back pain at some point in life.

The pain, which includes areas like the lower, upper and middle back, can range from a minor disruption to completely paralyzing pain. Sometimes it can be relieved with medications, but for times when you need to keep moving and painkillers do not do the job, here are some tips to help you get up on your feet quickly.

1. Calm the spine

Prolonged sitting can put a lot of pressure on the spine and cause pain. To reduce the pain you can soothe the spine by lying on your back and placing a pillow under your knees. This will reduce the pressure on the lower back. If you choose to lie on your side, place the pillow between your knees.

2. Pressure release

I like this

If you don't want to spend money on a massage, you can give yourself one as long as you have a small ball like a tennis ball. If you are lying or standing, place the ball where you are experiencing pain and start moving the ball on your back. The ball will help reduce stress and make the blood flow better.

3. Stretch your muscles

I like this

Stretching to relieve back pain is essential because it helps strengthen weak muscles, improve range of motion, and reduce pressure on the muscles that support the spine.

For lower back pain, try a knee stretch to the chest or a knee squat stretch.

4. Try yoga

The techniques that yoga has can help relieve the pressure off the lower back. There are poses you should try: the child pose, the downward facing dog pose, the bridge pose, legs up the wall, and the cat pose.

5. Try acupressure

If you can't go to the bathroom or do yoga, you can always do acupuncture. There are several positions in the body where pressure is applied to feel relief. The abdomen, behind the knees, and hands are some of these positions. If you apply the right pressure in the right place you will feel the results.

6. Use Epsom salt

Epsom salt works on the function of the nerves and muscles of the body and reduces inflammation, making this salt a great option against back pain. If your back hurts, try taking a bath for at least 12 minutes with Epsom salt.

7. Dispersion of essential oils

There are some essential oils that can help with back pain. Eucalyptus oil has anti-inflammatory properties, which make it a great choice when it comes to treating back pain. It can be used in massage or its vapor scattered throughout the room. Lavender oil is another great choice for treating back pain because of its antispasmodic properties.

If you believe stress is the cause of pain, lavender oil or peppermint / mint will be great choices for evaporation.

Try these tips and you will not be disappointed!
