When a person we love passes away, it is very difficult for us to deal with it. Whatever the reason, life doesn't get any easier even though death is an inevitable part of human life.

• You feel their "presence" - you feel it, and you can even see it, in different forms, or it's your sixth sense.
• You feel them touch you - these can be their fingers or arms around you, giving you a feeling of comfort when you're sad
• This is an inexplicable phenomenon - you suddenly have a problem with your phone reception, and the emotional storm you had moment ago is gone as if it has never been there.
• You can smell them - all of a sudden, you smell your aunt's perfume, or your grandmother's famous stew. And it brings back fond memories of moments they were with you.
